"Our site had an urgent issue with a Miller Deltaweld 452, and Tyler was quick to respond. He quickly facilitated a plan to get us a rental unit as we require the unit to support our business and customers. His knowledge of the machine saved us time and money as he provided us a power source that was urgently needed which would work with our existing wire feeder. His knowledge of these units and recommendation to only rent what was needed was greatly beneficial to us budget and time wise. He clearly explained a few tests would be needed to confirm a bad circuit board on our unit which was his initial thought.
Tyler also delivered the rental to us in just a working day or two. It was faster than I had anticipated. The rental was needed for just over a month, which is reasonable as he delivered one machine, diagnosed, sourced part, repaired, and delivered it back to us fully working with no further issue. His planning left minimal downtime for us and was greatly appreciated.
